Never underestimate the power of the apple, it’s the top pick for almost any illness. Apples are the perfect colon cleanser. If you’re faced with IBS or a viral infection an apple plays a critical nutritional role in calming your system by reducing viral and bacterial loads that create inflammation. It also helps improve circulation in your lymphatic system, repair skin damage and regulate blood sugar.
