Shipping & Order Processing

We generally process and ship orders on the same or next business day after the order is received.

Local Pickup

If you would like to stop by the spa and pick up your order in person, choose Pickup at the Spa for your delivery option at checkout. We look forward to seeing you!

Free Delivery within SLO County

If you live within SLO County, we can deliver your order to you! Choose Free Delivery within SLO County for your delivery option at checkout.

USPS First Class and Priority Mail

We also offer delivery via US mail and can ship throughout the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one of your purchases from our online shop, you may return it within 30 days for store credit only. Please hang onto your original receipt or order confirmation email, it is required for returns and exchanges.
